Rude, arrogant workers who openly lip off when they aren’t doing their job, and a manager who seems to let them fun rife since other staff were openly laughing about them refusing to offer a receipt and sarcastically ask if I was “the boss or something”? When I questioned why my receipt or change amount was not offered. So many people have lost their jobs and more through this pandemic; and Springwood McDonald’s is hiring bratty, rude, arrogant and entitled humans to work there. Update- pictures at 4.15am with NO customers- no excuse for the lack of hygiene

Excellent customer service from the staff this morning. They were struggling with technical issues, which meant orders were being missed (mine included), but the staff took the time to follow up with what was ordered and ensure everyone got their correct order. Very polite and apologetic for the extended wait. I was very impressed. I hope the staff this morning can give themselves a pat on the back.

Just came through for some early breakfast as we work overnights, and the sweetest staff member ever was doing everything by herself, she was wearing the striped McCafe uniform and called us “love”, if that helps. Anyway, I have worked fast food and understand the stress of working understaffed during rush but she handled it so well and was lovely.

Service was beyond terrible. I understand it’s young people running the place, but better training or supervision needs to be in place. The two girls packing food were giggling away and hugging while orders started stacking on the counter. 3 orders deep they finally started working to a turtle pace. This meant the chips were a bit cold. So all in all, maybe 0.5 stars?

Going here is hit or miss, sometimes it's what I'd expect from maccas, had a sausage/egg meal + bacon with orange juice, bacon not on muffin despite it having a slip saying that it was added, orange juice tasted like Sprite had been tipped into it or something along those lines, couldn't even drink it. Hash brown was excellent (as usual) service was also really fast and friendly so 2 Stars.
