Oriental Corner

This Chinese restaurant is probably the worst in food and service. I suggest that you stay away from this restaurant until they chef there know how to cook up a simple fried noodle. I ordered a vegetarian fried noodle for lunch for take away on 26/02/2013 and all I got was a container full of what looked to me more like a noodle soup than a fried noodle. Imagine the container is half full of soup/water and you get the idea what I'm talking about here. I took it back and they still insist that it is proper fried noodle. I mean, do you think it is fried noodle when half of the container is soup/water. I don't think so. They eventually agreed to recook the fried noodle for me. But unfortunately, this time it looked more like hardened dried noodles than a proper fired noodle. The container this time has vegetable and a bit of soup/source on the bottoom, top up with what looked like noodles being fried on its own. Is this "proper" fired noodle. Of course not. I can only suspect that they retaliated me with this. I would not go back there from now on.

I think it must have been taken over recently inthe last couple of months as it has started to go down hill a bit or they got a new chef. Always have ordered the sichuan spicy chicken and recently it has been nowhere near what it used to be like in terms of taste or appearence. It doesn't even look like the picture they have on the wall. Off to find somewhere new that does it .
