Absolutely appalled with Subway Cannon Hill. I just purchased this salad and it was less then half full. When I asked for more than three spinach leaves and some more lettuce to fill it up the guy said he couldn't include any more. They were also out of half their salads. I have never seen someone so bad at customer service in my life. If he is earning minimum wage it would be too much! I will never be coming back again.

Such a busy store but the staff are always trying their best, you can tell. The manager on (with the curly hair) was very apologetic for the wait and was nice. The girl with the cap on (i think her name was Jasmine) was super quick and polite.

The team member in training (Maya) was very polite , and seemed very calm/ collected despite the store being busy, great work. It was also great seeing care being taken with my order being made (other sandwich/burger places tend to “throw” everything together” while busy 😄

A visit to this store put me in a bad mood for hours. Two staff at peak lunch time is clearly not enough. Online orders were a priority. So me lining up for 30 minutes with a fidgety baby wasn’t fun. Then having no lettuce (& no warning or sign to indicate this) wasn’t great. My usual wrap also somehow cost more than usual. By the time I finally got my wrap, it was awful. It fell apart, wasn’t warmed properly and had barely any meat.
Oh and zero smiles or nice service from staff.
So much for a quick lunch option.

Been here twice now and both times the scanner was not working. First time they took my number and second time she just said it’s not working. Tables needed a good wipe down as there were food crumbs on all the tables and all over the floor. We ended up eating in our car.

I walked into this clean store, got a lovely chicken wrap and I was amazed at how kind and friendly my subway sandwich artist was for me (lady with a kiwi accent). I’ll definitely be coming back, beautiful customer service!

The service, speed and cleanliness at this store is held to a high regard. Very impressed with both the subs and the workers who make them. Will definitely frequent this Subway!

I was served by a lovely staff member, Ella, who was helping me questions I had around my allergies. My lunch was delicious and the store was very clean. Excellent service, thank you, I will be back.
