If I could give zero stars, I would. Drove through a few moons ago now for a take out dinner after a long few days and nights working on the front line. I got home to find that the whole chicken I was given was lukewarm. The skin, dry. Very obviously, not a fresh chicken. I called the store to ask what time the chickens had been made and the person in charge said it was fresh but didn’t know what time. He told me he had started his shift at 12:30 and they were already there. It was nearly 6pm when I had ordered. I gave the manager and him an educated talking to about food safety and the importance of this and that not all customers are at an intellectual level to know this and that this is their responsibility to ensure a quality standard. I feel for those that have special needs and wouldn’t have realised before eating it themselves or feeding to their children. I didn’t even bother returning for a refund.

Awesome fried chicken and wings. Love your Corn as well!! But terrible customer service: Ordered fried chicken , never received it. The drive through I went through once wasn’t a very pleasant experience. So tight to turn around with the car and hard to get the order right through the speakers. Only try if you don’t care about the vehicle you’re in. Dine in or Takeaways are the only option, that way they can’t escape from giving the correct items as per the order. Never try drive through!!

Used the online ordering system for the first time. It was so easy to do and very user friendly. The staff were lovely when I arrive and I only waited approximately 2 minutes for my order once I'd arrived. Everything we ordered was hot fresh and tasty except the whole roast chicken which was clearly old, very dry and not very hot either. Disappointing but I will try again.
