Chidos Mexican Grill

This place used to be amazing, unfortunately it has gone down hill since the name change. Ordered two burritos tonight, the beef was beyond dry, the rice had not been drained well making the burrito very soggy before even being delivered to us, not to mention the ratio of rice to ingredients was unbelievable. I will give credit to the onion rings and poppers we order as well, they were lovely. This will be the last time we order from here sadly, the food was below average and quite disappointing. We have previously ordered from here numerous times, however, the last 3 times the food has been very average.

I arrived at 11:30am to collect my order for eight people, that I'd ordered on line. I get there and the girl is like "we just opened I haven't even seen that order". When I questioned why the website let me order at that time if it wasn't an option I got nothing... Both the worker and manager had no customer service skills, they basically just kept saying that's the websites fault. It's still their website they should be on top of stuff like that!!! As I'd already paid when ordering they probably didn't care as they had our money. There was no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience or their disgraceful customer service. Happy to never return as the burgers weren't even that good anyway.

absolutely discussing burgers. They used to be good at one stage but went down hill fast the buns are soggy the chicken is not nice with no flavour. chips are chips but the chips had too much seasoning. this burger one of the worse burgers I ever had and I had a lot of burgers in my time. you guys should make more effort in your burgers

Avoid. Sadly, I once enjoyed the food at this place. At least 3 separate times I've made an order via UberEats and after a significant amount of time, they canceled the order. Many other times I've ordered and got the wrong order or items missing. It all made sense when I went in to order one day - I was almost made to feel an inconvenience for wanting to order something, as if they just wanted to finish up and close shop for the night. On the last occasion I ate there, I received food poisoning. No more. Shame

If I could leave no stars, I would. We've eaten from here many times and the last few times the food has been terrible. It used to be great. This time around we ordered spicy beef nachos with guacamole and sour creme. The beef was not spicy beef and could only be likened to dog food - cold, slimy and stogie with a terrible taste. Hot sauce was then plastered all over the top of the guacamole and sour creme making a messy slop - I'm assuming to make up for the lack of 'spicy' in the beef. Completely disgusting and inedible. On calling the store the girl that answered was lovely. She then put me onto her manager who couldn't care less and had a terrible attitude. Never again.

I have enjoyed the food here for several years both dine in and home delivery and it’s disappointing to be writing my first ever review because of my negative customer experiences, and not because of the food. When dining in, staff don’t appear to be listening when orders are being placed. There is a lack of regard, care or follow up on orders and customers. Quite bizarre. I wondered whether the owner is even present. As for home delivery, if orders are placed after 7.30pm they progress to “preparing” but can be cancelled without notice. This is frustrating after 30mins of waiting. Because I enjoy the food I have hoped for awhile now that the owner would realise the areas for improvement. It doesn’t appear that they are listening :( Ramsey, are you out there?
