Freshest donuts this side of the planet! Everything is packed up for you, you choose exactly which one you want and no matter how busy it is you're treated specially. Some products aren't cheap but they really are worth it. Every time we go to Carindale we HAVE to finish with a visit to Donut King. Terrific service, too.

Why is there only 1 person working during lunch rush

Cold coffee, exceptionally arrogant male staff server, audacity to tell me it was convenient for him to use skim milk rather than the request for one coffee with normal milk. Ear plugs while serving and mentions he did not hear other requests! Second & last visit. Disservice to other excellent Donut King outlets.

Ok, so it's fast food. But, super polite, quick, clean, good coffee, great cinnamon donuts and fun selection of the iced donuts for Halloween. All by young staff probably still at school. Either good management or hard working students, hopefully a bit of both.

This donut king in indoorpilly level2 such poor service, got my milkshake wrong, when my hot dog came I only had a bread on sausage and tamatoe sauce splashed on one side of the bread it tasted disgusting, people were waiting more then 20mins to receive their orders, the staff were getting the orders mixed up it was so unorganized it's the worst customer service I've had ever. I suggest don't go there at all. Unless you want tasteless effortless food

lined up twice to buy a bucket of donut holes. all up should be a 30 second transaction........waited for coffees and hotdogs and other items ordered by others.....gave up....twice. Staff have no clue.

Warm milkshake. Incredibly poor service! There's no real suprise that there are so many 1 star reviews. Happy to warn others about this lousy store and staff!
