Fresca Mex

First time I ordered from here about a week or two ago the food was pretty good. Ordered a burrito last night and the whole thing tasted stale as if the ingredients havent been stored properly. Now I'm pretty sure I've got some mild food poisoning from it. Its definitely a roll of the dice whether you get something tasty and fresh or food poisoning. The owner needs to work on creating some consistency and using fresh ingredients. Also sealing packets when they're not in use.

Really enjoy the Nacho Fries and their Burritos are great also. Restaraunt is clean and the staff are very nice. They offer food for the homeless and I notice are always very busy sending out food for delivery orders. They are open late on the weekends and convenient location across the street from the Albion Tavern and train station. Prices are affordable and the menu is full of choices to suit either a taste for Mexican or Indian dishes.

You can get good- read edible and tasty food if you are lucky. I work near by and due to lack of options I end up eating here 2-3 times a month. They consistently deliver food that can either make you sick or that does not taste good or both. The place does not look clean- there's been a hair in the plastic cutlery holder sitting on the front counter for weeks. Looks like no one bothers with those details. The kitchen can't be seen so don't know how clean it is. The last time I ate from there, I was served stale food, I have stopped going there ever since.

We ordered 2 serves of Chilly Chicken and that was the weirdest Chilly Chicken I have ever seen/tasted in my entire life. There was deep fried chicken in one box and another box of sauce and we were clueless on how to eat it as the sauce smelt of rotten veggies. And each box had 4 or 5 bits of chicken which was ridiculous for 17 dollars. The customer service is terrible, I had to call them 4 times and each time either there was no answer to the call or they would answer the phone and disconnect it immediately without talking. Thanks for the experience, never coming back.

Dont get me wrong, this place is great, i love there food and its great for lunch, but ive had problems countless times with one particular worker. I have had problems with him the last three times i ordered from him and tonight was the last straw. Had to repeat the order three times, paid extra for sides and brown rice. Not only did we get completely different orders, but paid extra for no brown rice and now im waiting at the hospital because my partner had a reaction to it. Honestly i love the place but im not a very big fan of having to buy extra to avoid going to the ICU and then get nothing in return.
