Good enough food for where it's located. Staff are pretty friendly and the store inside is stocked with a decent selection. Coffees and Muffins were both tasty but what I can't figure out is why in this day and age any cafe on the planet uses canned whipped cream instead of the real stuff. It ruins the whole freaking vibe once that disgusting stuff comes. Pure laziness for the sake of saving a few bucks. Plus sort out your wobbly tables... Still recommended, just not a 'must go'

I’ve been dropping in for quite some time regularly. Every time until today I’ve always received wonderful warm and friendly service. Good coffee and good food. Today (24/09/18 1:00pm) was by far the most unpleasant experience I have had there. The girl who served us was so rude, huffing and puffing and eye rolling! Seems, because it meant she had to work. There were no other patrons in the store or on the deck. Yet only one coffee came out, she didn’t even know which one it was. Half an hour waiting I had to go inside to see where the other coffee was and my toasted sandwiches, there sitting on the bench! Cold. Again, as I politely questioned where the rest of my order was I got barked at and eye rolled again, told me “you got the coffee” which I clearly did not and “sandwiches were coming!!” That is disgraceful. Rude. Bad attitude. (When I return again as I do every few weeks to make purchases at the produce, I will go to the cafe with my Mother for the usual coffee and if that girl is in there again I will walk out. I will not reward bad attitude by giving that business my business.

The kiwi shop is so expensive you can get kiwi food at the IGA a lot cheaper. The manager and other staff member who work there are some of the rudest people I have experienced for quite some time. If I ever go back again I will say something to this very rude person. I met another lady while lady while I was there and she said the staff are always rude when she has been there. Not acceptable pick your act up.
