Mcdonald's Chermside

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to… I work in this area every night and this is about the only thing open 24hrs The amount of times I’ve had to call up and get replacement orders or refunds, it’s not even funny. They somehow can’t seem to wrap a tortilla with chicken lettuce and tomato inside of it. Somethings always wrong or horrible quality in my order. And not to mention doing system close (reboot) at a very inconvenient time, and taking ages to do so… 😂 And don’t start on the cleanliness of the store…

I have just been in. I ordered on the app for take away. I payed extra for chocolate powder and extra for drinking chocolate for my iced chocolate. The iced chocolate was white to the point I would question it had any chocolate in it let alone extra. When asked the staff said would you like more to which I said yes. SWIRLING MY DRINK AROUND IS NOT ADDING MORE!! If someone pays for extra chocolate i would assume they want it to taste like chocolate.

Ordered from here multiple times through Uber eats and drive through. Not a single time my order has been correct. Fries always missing from the order or items not prepared correctly. Requested (and paid) extra chocolate drizzle for a shake and receive no drizzle at all… Worst McDonald’s there is on the north side of Brisbane.

Went through the drive-through and ordered some meals for my kids and I, when we received our meals, our chips had no salt on them, so we asked for new ones, which they happily replaced, so we drove away eating our burgers, once we started eating our new chips we realised how much salt they actually put on them.. we couldn’t even eat them.. extremely disappointed.

My thoughts when first entering this mcdonald’s: the beeping was surreal and brought me back to simpler times. this place attracts a real classy customer. the perfect spot for a late night tea shindig. qualified and well trained 15 year-olds provided with excellent customer service as i ordered from the kiosk. an experience i would recommend to anyone. wish i could give more stars.

Went in after watching morbius for the third time (He is a marvel legend) and my big mac with extra pickles was made incorrectly and was a cheeseburger instead. I asked the front counter and they told an obviously intelligent young man and he made it to perfection, he had curly blond hair and braces. 10/10 would burger again
