Closed 18 minutes before the listed and advertised closing time. As we approached the door the lady was piling trash in front of the door while the "Open" sign was illuminated and informed us that they were closed. If you aren't going to provide service until the listed time, change it. Simple.

Service is generally slow but I haven't experienced any rudeness as others have mentioned. Definitely noticed a general untidiness and subs can be made a bit sloppy. However, I think there's a lot to say when there's one worker on shift during a peak period. I think management need to look at ways to better improve the performance of their staff through support and development.

Worst experience ever.. ordered 20 minutes before hand, once I came to pick it up I waited 15 mins to be served to be told they hadn’t started it.. I got 3 pizza subs and 1 chicken sub the 3 pizza subs were all supposed to have different salads on it, the lady ended up just doing all three subs the exact same. Might I add when I walked in they were busy but that’s no excuse 4 staff were on.. people had to wait for them to make bread 😳 when I pulled out one of the pizza subs to show that it was wrong she says “can I just pick it off”.. at that point I was like just don’t worry, I went across the the kabab place and got the gummiest kabab ever !!

Rudely told by staff member that they were closed 18 minutes before close time, with open sign still on, while she threw garbage out the front door. What is the point of advertising closing times if your staff won’t honour them? Very disappointing as we made a dedicated trip.

I’m not sure if they’ve changed staff, but the lady who served me definitely seemed like she did not want to be working there. Was not friendly nor smiled once during my interaction with her.
However, clean store and good quality food.
