I have been to this store quite a few times and every time i have never been greeted nicely not even a "Hi, how are you?" or a smile.
The staff are rude and abrupt, they chuck on you're ingredients so the sandwich is sloppy.
They look like they hate life and everyone they serve.
I truly want to ask them if they are actually OK.
It would be nice to get a smile or even a "Have a nice day" at the end of serving but you never do.
Really hope these kids are happy and start smiling at people.
If i didn't love subway so much, I'd never go back.

Waited in line for quite some time thinking that there was only one person working. Until I found out someone was put the back the whole time doing dishes instead of serving customers. Once I got my sub it wasn't cut properly and the meat tasted off. -10/10 do not recommend.

Couldn’t get served 10 mins after advertised opening hours. I lined up at the point to order a sandwich. The sandwich artist working was serving a customer so I waited patiently. Then the sandwich artist walked down & approached me asking if I could wait because she hadn’t put enough bread in the oven for later yet. I said no worries go for it, when the sandwich artist had finally finished loading the oven & preparing for her day, she turns around & sees a lady who has approached the cash register end of the counter. Just like I didn’t exist the sandwich artist wanders off and asks her what she wants? Bottles of water please & begins the transaction. At this point I walked off in complete disbelief. Won’t be back & am aware all Subways in Capalaba & Alex Hills are the same.. Useless

Same standard quality you get everywhere with subway. Owner's a nice guy -Hard working. Sometimes a queue at the busiest times. Decent staff.
Recently moved 15 meters back. Was a kiosk now in with the others on a Food Court wall. See new pic.

Dont bother or waste your time going, sign says under new management but its clearly just as bad as the last manager. The young girl behind the counter refused to cut my sub in half as it would "cross contaminate" the knife, its the same knife I watched her use for 3 other subs! When I asked if she could just use a different knife, she just sighed, cut my sub and made a big deal about throwing the knife in the sink.

I have been to this location a few times the staff always look terribly unpresentable with hair hanging in their faces and not tied back properly (very unhygienic). The customer service is often terrible with the girls who work there being very rude. They don't change their gloves either and will touch multiple different surfaces (ovens, cupboards etc.) with the same gloves they use to make your sandwich. Along with this out of the few times i have been there i have almost been over charged twice due to staff not knowing the computer system properly. Things definitely need to change!
