Unbelievably late! Called to enquire about our pizzas not being delivered after 40 minutes waiting (as per their own ETA on Dominos' website order page) as kids were hungry. The girl who answered the phone did not care, advised me it might take another 30-40 minutes. I was also told they do not have control over orders being late! What a sad joke! The food finally arrived after another hour! I checked and there are many other 1 or 2 star reviews with complaints from customers. Apparently the owner does not care much to follow these up, retrain his/her staff and improve customers satisfaction ratings.

0 stars if possible Tuesday night quiet in shop.Orded pizza at 8.30 for pick up.Arrived early screen says ready in 3 mins. Screen then says ready.I had to ask where was the pizza.Young guy avoided contact when I queried what just happened The taller guy looked for it in the oven on the shelf Tried to give me someone elses order (Not what I ordered) No explanation as to what happened to my order. Walked out really annoyed. I was in the shop on arrival.No one else came in the shop. :How do you lose a pickup pizza?? Was it ever made??

Kind staffs and very fast service! I recommend margherita pizza with cheesy crust :) One of staffs said, you have to wait for 10 minutes. But, actually, it just took 8 minutes!! Wonderful!!👍👍👍 + When I lost my iphone, thanks to them, I can get to my home safely. I really appreciate you. Thank you Domino’s, Hamilton ❤️❤️

Order a thin base traditial meat lovers. I got a thick base pizza with hardly any bbq sauce meat lovers. The guy before me ask for less bbq sauce. Which makes me wonder if the orders got mixed up. I'll forgive them , because normally there on fire , with good service and great pizza's. Just a little disappointed , seeing they only had the other guy and myself as walk in. Now that I found the docket , I was right !!!

Sad Gluten free pizza not cooked properly obviously needs longer then average pizza the base was practically white and soft and cold. Cant believe we paid $3 extra for gf pizza and they cant cook it properly the lady blamed it on the vegan cheese when it clearly wasnt cooked long enough. Gf food needs longer and had it at other dominos before and it was great so this is diassapointing. Also staff where unsympathetic and did not redo the order. Most dissapointing dominos order ever and hard enough being gf. Last time it was fine so the staff tonight obviously dont know what they were doing. The female staff member was particurlarly unhelpful.
