Burger Time 69

The dirty fries were astounding, but everything else was quite average. Wasn't bad, but not great either. The milkshakes are heavily lacking in flavour, and the burgers taste like they lack something, whether it be a sauce or something. Again not bad, but not great. I haven't been to the other Burger Time 69 location, but based on the images I've seen I would say their quality is higher and thus their food and beverages would taste better.

3 stars for the friendliness the Colombian gentleman at the front, but why not 5 stars. The burger could be the best burger in Brisbane but they were the driest burger I ever had. No sauce!! Burger with no sauce is like an ocean with no water! The chips was amazing but unfortunately 3/4 of the burgers left and went to rubbish bin as they were very dry and impossible to eat and kind of tasteless. No tomato sauce, no mustard, no mayonnaise just the patty, bread and the dry salad. The sauce should be on default in the burger unless customer dont want them.

I was so excited to try their Ice Queen burger (Fried chicken, Gelato, American cheese and Honey) but the staff didn't seem interested in making it and told me they didn't have some of the ingredients until one of the staff members said they do. When the burger came out it didn't have the cheese and the ice cream was beside the burger, I asked if I could please have the cheese added and some cutlery to spoon the ice cream onto the burger but I was told "No, it's better without the cheese, it's for photo purposes only" which was really disappointing as it was advertised with cheese and I would have liked to decide for myself but was refused and by the time they brought out the cutlery the ice cream had almost completely melted. I also ordered a side of chips with truffle mayo which tasted just like plain mayo. The burger itself was good, I enjoy trying unusual food (although I still think it would have been better with the cheese) but I personally don't think I will be back purely because of the staff.
