This is the business that will call the tow company on you which you will get charged $450 if they spot you crossing racecourse rd. Also the owner of HSP charcoal is a part owner in the tow truck company. Also id like to add I crossed the road for 10 minutes and in that time 4 cars were towed and someone who witnessed the towing informed myself and another vehicle owner that they saw the HSP charcoal employee come out and help rig up the cars. Huge scam and just really poor behaviour.

Delicious food, generous portions and great prices. The team are lovely and the location is ideal, with plenty of seating and plenty of parking available. I will happily recommend HSP to everyone! On a seperate note, it is really upsetting that people believe that HSP have anything to do with their car being towed. I have personally witnessed the ladies at HSP get verbally abused by people that have had their cars towed. It is not fair that they are yelled and sworn at, for something that is out of their control. HSP pay a large amount of rent each month, in order to offer their customers an exceptional location with ample parking. If your car space at home was full, would you park in your neighbour's car space? No, because that would be rude!

Absolutely beautiful meals, i always get the grill, but i did have a kebab one day and it was excellent too, nice clean place, salads are super fresh, chips are cooked to perfection, the grilled meat is always super tender. forget about the other reviews about the towing, i suppose if you were paying premium rent to have a front car park you would be pissed off too with idiots parking there when those spaces are for your customers.

Finished a long day on New Year’s Day and rocked up to the store. Ordered HSP only to be told that they might not have enough chips. Fair enough I thought. Then the guy goes “oh this guy was waiting before you” that’s fine even though the guy was waiting outside and talking on his phone. The dude takes the last of the chips. Appalled by them serving friends first and giving them the rest of the chips in the store. TLDR Tried to serve me, said low on chips,then told friend was waiting before me and served them giving them the rest of the chips.
