They only had two vegan flavours available which is disappointing for a whole entire ice cream shop. And they were the most averaged flavours. Could try to be more inclusive of others and stop discriminating with your lack of flavours

Three young service people behind the counter and yet only one of them serving. Wait was about 10 minutes in a store with only 4 people in front of me. They also didnt have three of the flavours that are advertised online.
The icecream was cold and the large scoop was a generous size. Haven't had this icecream in years and I would recommend it highly - just think the people behind the counter either need to be retrained, or not on all together.

They now weigh their ice cream to make sure they don't give you too much - and, they definitely don't. (In our case they also made us pay $4 for water when asked for a small cup of tap water to take medicine that's needed with food before the ice cream can be eaten.) Much better places to get ice cream on Oxford street. Not sure if there are new owners or staff but after 20 years in the neighborhood and lots of birthday cakes,etc. this place is now a big "no" from me. Too many other local businesses that I am happy to support.

These guys are unreal, the best ice cream on Oxford. They charge you less than the Camp Hill Baskin and give you more! The staff are super polite and friendly too. 10/10 must go!
