They normally do a serviceable job. I wish they'd clean the table they keep outside, it looks like it often gets forgotten about. The last time I was in there, I thought my order fell into a deal they had. Turns out it didn't, but when I asked, instead of explaining, they looked at me like I was crazy, looked at each other, and then said 'yea, it's when you have this, you've got that.' Rude... and then the kid shoves my sandwich across the counter like he was done with me. Just... wow. I'll still go because of its convenient location but still...

Ordinarily, they're pretty good, no complaints. This morning I was craving an egg and bacon sub, so I drove over to Subway Newstead only to be advised there was no bread, only wraps. I don't think you'd ever be turned away from a McDonalds because they ran out of bread rolls. Pretty disappointing, not sure I'll go back

I went to go get dinner, however I was refused service for 20 minutes while they were waiting for the floor to dry after mopping it 45 minutes before close of business? I didn't know letting the floor dry was more important than serving customers.

Ordered through Uber, it took over 40 minutes for 1 footlong to be made. Order was cold when it arrived. Do not recommend this store, wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered (it had the quickest ETA - definitely did not meet that expectation).

My apprentice was kicked out for not wearing a mask even though he has a lawful reason to not wear a mask. They refused to listen to him and ask for his medical history. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Will not be going near this store again!!!

Past visits have been good service & food but yesterday's visit I ordered foot long chicken teriyaki and shared with another work colleague, it was the only meal we had all day but after consuming 2-3hrs later we both had very bad gastro and this interrupted the rest of our day!! Management refused to re-imburse my money but offered a free foot long? Umm no thanks just checked your stock if they should be thrown out. I gave 1 star just so I can comment otherwise it's a big fat '0'
