Went here yesterday night. It was late and online it was difficult to place the order for a earlier time than the options. Went in after ordering online. Both the staff that served me said they would put it in straight away. They were friendly and great to deal with.
I waited outside for the order and came back after 15 or so. They had clearly had a hard day and we’re still so polite. These are the kind of staff myself that I would want to hire. They go above and beyond even when they have had a long day.
Dominos should be proud.

Messed my order up by giving it to someone with the same first name. Had to explain the issue to 3 staff before getting somewhere. Then had to wait another half an hour for it to be remade. Way to waste my time. No real apology either. Mistakes happen but deal with them property when they do.

Crazy prices for the maccas of pizzas. $19 for a pepperoni pizza. 12 pieces of very average the cheapest pepperoni you can buy. One spoon full of suace, some cheese and dough $19 ???? Yeah nah.

Was the worst online order I've ever placed...
Not only did they give me the wrong order and charge me surcharge for their mistake but when I called to explain the junior that answered said the firebreather doesn't exist, then told me the manager said the order was correct then that the manager said there's nothing they can do about it... The picture clearly shows its not a firebreather or a godfather.... All I asked for was the right order but that was too much to ask for apparently... Much better options so won't order from again would go zero stars if possible...

It has been 2 hours since I have ordered my pizza and it hasn't even been put in the oven. It is over an hour an a half since it was estimated to be at my house (at the latest)
I have called the company 5+ times and have either rung out or hung up on.
If they can't cook my pizza tonight, they shouldn't take my order (and money).

Waited 2 hours for a delivery , went into the store and it’s just chaos , people staring blankly into the screens and a phone ringing off the hook, the store manager there might need a Valium.
Asked for a Refund.

I have ordered Simple cheese pizza and Lava cake just about an hour ago. Worst pizza of my life so far. It suppose to be a cheese pizza but it was only tommato suace on a pizza dough. I cannot believe that Dominos have lowered their standards that much. They didn't add any cutlery even though I specifically mentioned for that. Worst experience ever. Definietley not ordering again.

Last night ordered three pizzas, Loaded Pepperoni, received just a normal pepperoni one, for my second pizza I paid for extra onion, pizza had no onion at all, my third pizza peri peri chicken had one piece of chicken per slice, it was my first time going to New Farm, as Valleys Dominos was closed, never again
