First time ordered this. My goodness! Their food was just amazingly good that filled me up and still had me some left over for my work next day. Ordered this over the phone and they were very helpful and questioning whether I wanted it mild or hot as well repeating my order. Definitely coming back! Great communication, great food and great service. Thank you! 🥰

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! POOR FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT!! NOTE: I am writing this review not after one or two bad experience but several. Also, editing my review rating from 4 to 1. Since kalavara is the only known restaurant that serves VEG SADHYA every week, the place is always crowded on Sundays and CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED BADLY WITH DISRESPECT (knowing customers will visit anyhow for food). We have to keep staring at the ladies in front desk for water, plates, rice, cutlery and EVERYTHING!!! Being frequent customer spending more than $100 every week, we were treated really bad by the OWNER LADY last week. While we got served with food, we requested her for plates, cutlery and water, for which she showed her hands ✋ meaning I KNOW WAIT. And, that's not the first time for us to see her showing attitude to customers. So disrespectful not only to us but all!!! If you're going on a Sunday for Sadhya, you will have to do the following: Wait 15 mins for seats (even reserved) Wait 10 mins for orders to be taken Wait 25-30 mins for rice and other food Wait another 10 mins for Curry for your rice Wait 10 mins for Plates, cutlery and water. Wait , wait and wait until you get out of restaurant
