Kfc

i went to this kfc recently and when i got my food the guy handing it to me briefly touched my hand with his own greasy hand and i was instantly turned on, I looked up and he was looking me dead in the eyes, needless to say i was quivering. however when i started to get into my zinger box i was extremely disappointed, my burger was raw, had no mayo and not to mention my lettuce was mixed with cabbage, clearly i am allergic to cabbage (i have a sticker on the back of my car) there was also only 1 wing and way too many chips. I was absolutely appalled but also so turned on.

If I could give negative I will. I went past drive thru and it’s a good day if they properly fulfill your orders. There were missing items from the order and the wicked wings was replaced with chicken nuggets. I should have checked before coming home but I didn’t see it until after. My suggestion is if you must go there, check your bag before leaving.

This KFC at Mt Ommaney constantly makes mistakes. I was there and they gave my order to someone else and then didn't have any chicken left to replace my order. Not the first time this has happened. This was at least an hour before they closed. At least an hour... How can you not offer a full menu while you are still open? I could understand if it was 15 minutes before closing but not an hour. It's either that or they get the order wrong or completely miss parts of the order; nuggets, twisters, chips, you name it. They shut off their fryers early and start running out of chicken after 9pm or sometimes earlier, just so they can all go home on the dot at 10pm when they close the doors. So basically if you want a burger or any kind of chicken, take your chances from about 8.30 until close. Honestly it's the worst KFC. I wish the owner would realise what's going on there.

Was made to wait nearly 10 minutes for my order to be taken when there was no line. Was then made to wait another 10 minutes for my order as they had turned off half of the equipment in preparation for an early close. Was then not allowed to sit inside as they had closed off their eating area. Was therefore made to sit outside in 9 degree weather. Was given 2 tiny chicken tenders in replacement of a chicken patty, with a bun in 3 pieces. This all took place at 9:25 when they are supposed to close at 10. Staff are cutting corners, only thinking about an early close and not concerned about their customers. Pepsi was also flat. Do not recommend. Staff would rather be at home. St cats are also brats.

This is the WORST KFC. Don’t bother. I keep coming back (bc it’s close) hoping it will be better but it never is. The chicken is barely coated. The wicked wings are barely coated. They always forget the sauce for the nuggets. It’s a waste of money. Drive the extra 5k and get something worth the money OR just get something else. Centenary KFC is the WORST.
