Pizza Hut Carina

I never write negative reviews as I know the challenges you can come across while running a business. But please review the image and explain how do you rate this pizza edible? We have always preferred Pizza Hut over Dominos and other take away pizza outlets. Pizza Hut Mt Gravatt has been our go to store and we have never been let down. This was the first time we ordered from Pizza Hut Carina and were extremely disappointed. If I were to analyse, your store in Mt Gravatt is operated by mature individuals and probably owned by a franchise. It’s simple, they work hard and strive to provide excellent customer service and great pizzas as they operate it as a business that they care about. I strongly suspect the one is Carina is not owned by a franchise and probably by the head office. There were 2 teenagers working on a Tuesday night. There didn’t appear to be the send of responsibility that I have seen at your Mt Gravatt store. The pizzas were partially baked as some veggies were raw. There was over addition of certain ingredients while the others were sort of left out. The problem was not with the teenagers working there, they were probably trying to do their best. I would blame the management at the Carina store. You should definitely have a qualified shift leader/supervisor.

I'd give the store 5stars normally without fail picture perfect pizzas everytime they looked just like the pictures, but the last 2 visits the quality of the pizza making and it's appearance has dropped significantly quite sloppy poorly made even the pizza base isn't the same!! ..I stopped going to dominoes because if exactly that reason,I don't want to do the same with you guys. Couldn't fault the exceptional service Id always get when the store manager was in and his 2ic but ATM the new staff need focus on making a quality pizza!!

Our local pizza place. Never had an issue with them until today. After waiting for over an hour for our order to be put in the oven, tried calling the store and no answer. Called through to regional who basically tried to call the store who still didn’t answer. We then physically went to pick up our order and we were given attitude by the staff because they were “busy” (like it was our fault). We had to ask for the delivery fee to be refunded, they did absolutely nothing to compensate us for waiting over an hour to pick up a paid delivery. No communication and horrible customer service. Will be ordering from competitors in the future.

Happy enough with the food, but when getting it delivered why do their delivery drivers lack the ability to close the gate behind them when they leave, it is not a one off, it is almost every time, I do have a dog and would like for it to not get out and run over due to some ones lack of respect or ability to leave it as you find it ie: just close the gate when you leave

Not recommended to anyone. When customers buying big value pizza, need quality and quantity. Worst experience ever. Didn't want to post this but need to drive companies and owners focus on this stores service. Now realised why 3.5 ratings. Hope they change value for customer service and money people spending on food.
