Yard Bird Ale House

Love this place. Have been during the week, on weekends, during the day and night for meals and drinks and have never been disappointed. Food is brilliant (best buffalo wings in Brisbane!) and reasonably priced. Great selection of different beers on tap. Service staff are super friendly and efficient. Will be back soon!

It used to be a 4-5 star. Don't get wrong. Service is great. Staff are friendly food is delicious. I am specifically referring to their wings. They used to give you 20 decent sized wings for 20. Now it's all over the shop and the wings can be so tiny!, But still charge you 20$ Please revert to all bigger wings.

I do like this place, however had to walk away today due to more crazy 'management policy'. We arrived around 2.30pm thinking some wings would be good. 3 people in the venue, music blaring and bouncing all over the concrete floors. I'm there with partner and bub, so ask if it's possible to turn it down, especially as mid afternoon Monday, barely anyone there. The guy behind the bar was cool and offered to turn it down a little, however said he'd get in trouble if the boss walked in. So here is my message for the boss... We left, went to Yardbird in the Valley and we could have a conversation without shouting whilst enjoying a couple of beers and wings. Insanity really.
