Pizza Hut Everton Park

Normally I have great experiences with this pizza hut but I was massively let down. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday night. The pizza was over an hour late getting to my address. When the driver showed up he was face timing another person and it was that loud I could hear it in my house. The driver was not wearing any uniform at all. There was no apology for it being late, the drive just shoved the food into my partners arms and left. The food was not in a bag to keep it warm and when I sat down to eat it the pizza was barely warm. What has annoyed me the most is that I made a complaint with the manager and I haven't heard back from them even after being assured someone would get back to me. Nothing but unprofessionalism from staff and the store owner

Our food was dumped on the front porch and the driver couldn't even bother knocking on the door or ringing the bell. We live less than 1k from the shop and you get cold food. Don't bother ringing to put in a complaint, according to the staff, the customer is always wrong. Can't be bothered ever using Pizza hut again. There are better pizza shops only a little further away.

I had not tried Pizza hut in a while and thought it would be fair to give it ago, how wrong i was. I ordered a creamy chicken and bacon pizza which cost an extra $4. i accepted this and awaited my chicken and bacon dinner. What arrived was a disgrace. not only was the wonky slice cutting awful. I swear to any gods above that there would have been more toppings on the floor of the pizza shop then what i got on that pizza. I counted 3 slices of mushroom, 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of bacon. amongst an awful cream sauce that did not even cover the base. i doubt there was 4 dollars of anything on that pizza, there were 2 slices that had no topping at all apart from the sauce. The us army doesn't recruit people below a certain IQ and i wonder if whom ever made this pizza would pass the bar. I will vehemently be against any order from pizza hut in the future with standards like this.

Abysmal service. Pizza is consistently delivered late and tonight was over half an hour late. I had ordered it 40minutes prior to the time I had requested (was only 2 pizzas) and the extra topping I had requested were not on the pizza. Don't bother trying to contact the shop direct - 3 times and no answer.
