Gino's Pizza

Absolutely inedible “bbq chicken wings” took an hour to show up cold, it was like biting into a pice of leather that has been reheated 2-5 times and just had bbq sauced dumped on it, along with what appeared to be a cockroach or bug of some sort, when we called just to ask for the order to be replaced we were treated with swearing and an attitude from the owner and told we would be charged for a new order plus the bite that was taken from the wing, you’re better off ordering from domino’s sadly,

I have always enjoyed the variety Gino's has to order and have enjoyed conversing with Gino himself over the years. However, there has been a change which isn't focused on customer satisfaction. I ordered a chicken Florentine specialty pizza with mushrooms (additional $3) - but there were no mushrooms; a chicken pizza with very little chicken so when I called to report, they offered an adjustment for the mushrooms but indicated "things happen" with the volume of chicken. Shame on the person who said that to their customer. The pizza is an $18 pizza with mushrooms, $21. It's not about the cost but the quality and nothing was said that would entice me to continue purchasing from Gino's going forward as much as I like the pizza and other Italian treats, I would have found a better resolution to the lack of chicken on a chicken pizza.

Not bad, but also not the best. Pickup is usually pretty quick but delivery can take awhile due to their volume. We don’t order out too often but we love the Bella Rosa pizza from here. However this time, we ordered a chicken parm pizza, which barely had any chicken on it (maybe half a chicken patty?) The calzone was borderline too dark and the sauce served with it was very thin. The wings were decent but the ranch almost seemed watered down and flavorless. Not every time is perfect so I’m sure we’ll be back, but this time was a bummer!
