La Grotta - Bristol - Photo album

Love this Italian. It's a small unassuming place with a simple interior but just the way I like it. It feels authentic, like a traditional trattoria. Nothing like the chain restaurants. The food is delicious, generous, service is good and the atmosphere relaxed. It's one of my favorite restaurants. T
Great restaurant in the city centre of Bristol. We tried the penne amatriciana and lasagna. Both were up to standard especially the pasta. For dessert we went for the homemade tiramisu and it was one of the best i tried in my life. The customer service is ok especially a young lady who is very atten
Nice service! We only tried their pizza, and it was quite good. The portions were big for us, so one pizza can be shared by two. Also, it takes a bit of time for pizza to arrive, so starters can be a good idea. The only thing to improve is that the artichokes can be increased on the artichoke pizza
Came for early dinner on a Saturday evening. The staff are so nice and friendly. The service was good. The restaurant is very cozy and nice vibes. Had the LASAGNA AL FORNO 13.5£ which was sooooooooooooooo delicious, and the MOZZ CARROZZA 6.95£ and it was good as well Next time ill try to pizza 🍕 De
The crostini starter was potentially the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Lovely staff and an awesome venue. Pizzas were huge and proper, will be back for sure
Really tasty massive thin crust pizza. Lovely prawn pasta. Starters were great. Easy to drink house wine. Reasonable prices. Recommended if you want simple yummy pizza & pasta.
Chosen on a whim whilst walking past, attended quickly by lovely staff. The pizza was delicious with a thin base and came very fast, would absolutely come again.
One of the few good Italian restaurants in town. I had a classic pasta to test the ability of cooking a simple dish and damn, it was good! The environment is really cool, you're inside of a grotta ;) the service is great and staff is always available!
Excellent service and reasonably priced food. Crust was very tasty. The bruschetta is served on nice bread and the tomatoes were sweet. For mains we got a classic margherita and the la grotta bolognaise pizza, both were delicious.
Nice and cozy place for food. Go early to get a table if you did not reserved one as there are many people. Tried their pasta. Big portion and taste good!
