Brunels Buttery - Bristol - Photo album

Enjoyed our trip around the SS Great Britain although very expensive. Guides very knowledgeable. Lots of stairs but there is a lift for the less able. Also toilets within the ship itself. There's an adjoining cafe but we didn't use it so can't speak for the food.
Really not much to say. A fairly typical small self-service café. Surprisingly good coffee ☕️ I had a bacon 🥓 and sausage sarnie, it was fine, but just ordinary. Exactly as you would expect here. Nice atmosphere, with ancient railway and equally ancient railcars on one side and the port on the oth
Really lovely spot on Habourside with wooden benches, a big awning over the top and a menu with something for everyone. Chilled out atmosphere, dogs are very welcome - they even have cooked then cooled doggie sausages wrapped in napkins and ready to go. The orders come out of the little kitchen pret
Spotted this small outdoor place on one of my walks in Bristol so I had to stop and try the products. The place is on Museum Street by the quayside on the way to SS Great Britain. It was great to see how many locals stopped for something to eat. I had a coffee with a bacon and egg roll. The staff we
Breakfast by the Riverside. No frills, no dress code, just met friends for a bacon roll and coffee. Perfect way to start the day
Thick cut sliced bread filled with smashed avocado, bacon, sausage, a fried egg and salad. I love how you can tailor your sandwich as you wish. The view of the harbour is a nice setting too. It can get busy/rowdy on the weekend mornings (when I went) so I’d like to try going again on a weekday to ha
We stopped here for some lunch after visiting the SS Great Britain. The water taxi drops you right on their doorstep. The food was delicious and quick service considering how busy it was.
Good service, good food.the legend of the breakfast roll is now a reality The food was unhealthy, but delicious. Where does a sandwich end and a meal begin. I had bacon egg sausage black pudding and hash browns in a roll. Call it what you like it was hard to to eat, but delicious; try it I know you'
The perfect location for drinks and food after a good old walk around the docks. Lovely hot coffee and yummy chips. You can even sit on the old railway carriages which is pretty cool aswell as practical. Especially with kids or dogs.
Looks a bit run down but giand burgers and sandwiches. Taste good too. And reasonable priced.
Brunel’s Buttery is a great place to get a no-nonsense bacon sandwich and coffee during a Sunday morning stroll around the beautiful Bristol Harbourside. Located not to far from the M Shed, the prices are great, the staff friendly and the food, simple but delicious. Would recommend to go early on a
Always remember coming here in my younger years but as not working in area, rarely get the opportunity now. My meeting at SS Great Britain gave me the perfect chance for a sausage butty and a coffee before it started. I enjoy watching the people and boats go by from one of the many seats and the fo
Great place to sit and eat. Tasty sandwiches with smaller roll and larger baguette options. Breakfast stuff is fairly run of the mill but prices are fair. Good views of the harbour.
Stopped here for a quick coffee and cake whilst exploring the harbourside area. Really friendly service, nice coffee and the best Millionaires shortbread I've ever tasted complete with gold coloured Maltezers on top. Delicious! 😛
Great place for a snack or meal when walking the harbour side.children friendly!
