First time visiting Zizzi and I was pleasantly surprised! The pasta dishes we ordered were delicious. The Garlic bread was such a treat too. The starter we got - Crispy Calamari was the best for me. It tasted fresh and really flavourful.
We made the mistake of ordering a chicken dish at an Italian restaurant which turned out to be pretty basic. Wouldn’t recommend that to anyone.
The desserts were really amazing as well. Overall the staff were super friendly and the food was great. Place has a different vibe to it and the aesthetics were brilliant!
Today, my family and I spent a lovely afternoon in Bristol and stumbled upon the wonderful Zizzi Italian restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff, and the overall ambience was simply beautiful.
We opted for the 3 course meal package and decided to go with the vegan meatballs, Italian garden pizza with red berries and pesto sauce, and lemon cheesecake for dessert Let me tell you, everything was absolutely amazing! The pizza was cooked to perfection with its thin and crispy crust, and the toppings of red berries and pesto sauce were a delightful combination. As for the vegan meatballs, my kids couldn't get enough of them and even paired them with some delicious in-house soft drinks.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Zizzi and can't wait to come back again with the whole family. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch - what more could we ask for? Highly recommend giving this place a try!

First time visiting Zizi, we were impressed with the portion sizes, and struggled to finish our meals!
We both really enjoyed our starters… Mains were average, and unfortunately my first choice wasn’t available which I wasn’t aware of until ordering so having to pick another choice on the spot!
They have a set 3 course menu… which is good value for the amount of food given.
The restaurant itself could do with a refresh with painting the walls and unfortunately where we were sat was a bit dull and shut away.
Overall staff were great, and Johnny our waiter was friendly and helpful!

Me and my Partner were visiting Bristol from Birmingham on the weekend of 12th February. As I am Coeliac it can be a very daunting and anxious thing to eat out. We chose to go to Zizzi's. I had a look online at the menu and could see there was a good range of food I could choose from to eat. I booked online and noted down I was coeliac and needed a Gluten Free menu. From the moment we arrived untill we left we had the most amazing time. All staff were friendly and so helpful. We were given an extra vase on our table so all staff knew there was a dietary requirement and we were told that only the managers would take our order and serve our food. I was able to have a starter, main and dessert that was amazing! I regrettably didnt get the name of the manager who served us but he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. He was always one step ahead and double checked all dishes i ordered were safe. It was one of the most overwhelming experiences ive had out since having to go Gluten free. We will definitely be going back and cant thank the staff enough 😁😁... 100% recommend for people to try Zizzi's Clifton Bridge.
Super friendly service, big portion, and price is acceptable for its settings. We went for lunch and they have a 2 courses set meal that's even better value. We didn't order any drinks and still got top service. Food is tasty as well, nice and hot from their open space kitchen.
Very, very attentive and pleasant waiting on staff. Great food, but it did take a while to come, even though restaurant wasn't busy, but it didn't really bother us. We had a very nice evening.
Superb food quality, heartwarming customer care
OMG. My family and I had the loveliest experience on Monday evening. Our waiter (the tall one with curly hair - I think his name was Max?) recommended the pollo picante - my daughter loved it! It really ended our visit to Bristol on a positive note! We will be returning next time we are in the area!

They not only wished us a lovely evening, but they also treated us to a complimentary gift to celebrate. I regrettably don’t know all their names, however a special thanks to everyone, including Marcus whose customer service was brilliant. Look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Good lunchtime deal. Pasta with Ragu was a little dry, wife's risotto was OK plus starters and puddings.
I recently tried the Margherita pizza at Zizzi, and it was great! The pizza had a thin and crispy crust with a golden brown color. It was topped with fresh basil leaves that added a nice touch. The tomato sauce was flavorful but not overpowering. The melted mozzarella cheese was creamy and delicious. The portion size was generous, and the pizza was served hot. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. If you love Margherita pizza, give Zizzi a try!

Cosy place with a relaxed and warm atmosphere. The food was lovely and you definitely must try Raspberry Cooler. However the star of my meal was without a doubt - The Honeycomb Cheesecake - absolutely divine!
