A perfect example of why ratings sometimes don’t paint a true picture. With a rating of 4.1 I decided to take to the streets and find an alternative establishment for my evening meal despite staying at the hotel. Thankfully I ended up back where I started as I just couldn’t decide where to eat, it c
We were there to take an "afternoon tea" and everything was awesome. The Jasmine Blossom tea was amazing and it was served with several appetizers. We actually went there without having lunch, but everything that was served was enough to fill us up. I particularly loved the chicken with truffle. Ev
On our first visit, we went for the lighter menu and loved the Prawns and Truffle Mac and Cheese. The second was all about the Champagne Afternoon Tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. A great selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones in a tremendous setting with good service. Reservations are recomme
The food is really good, from the serving, timing, the look and finishing with flavours! Absolutely lovely king scallops and calamari! Just wish they had more seafood options as Google shows octopus and oysters, however apparently they are not the part of the menu anymore. Also the hazelnut chocolat
We stopped off here for a quick breakfast as other places had already stopped serving. We were met by very kind staff that were more than happy to accommodate us. The food and facilities were great so hopefully next time we’re in Bristol we’ll make a stay in the hotel as well 🤞🏼

I had dinner at the Jetty and it was a terrific experience. Despite being fairly busy, you didn’t notice as they’ve made great use of the space. I opted for the vegan menu which had a two courses for £15 offer and it was delicious. The service was a little on the slow side but everyone was lovely to
This is part of the Bristol Harbour Hotel and the food Seevice and overall experience was amazing would highly recommend. But please be aware it is fairly expensive but that's what you would expect for the centre of Bristol
The dining room is very well decorated and the food was good (mussels to start and steak for main) however service was lacking and we asked for the 12.5% service charge to be removed. No offer to refill wine from the bottle we purchased, plates left for a while once we'd finished and sides forgotte
Really good service, the food was impeccable. I am in love with this dessert. The attention and detail was perfectly matched with flavour. Would recommend for anyone looking for sophisticated lunch or dinner.
Fantastic food, good meat dishes for dinner. Lovely cosy atmosphere with mood lighting

Lovely hot bath and walk in shower. Had lunch here and once again was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend a hot stone
