Scrumptious food, the chef is very talented, wonderful use of flavours and seasoning. The sticky toffee pudding, honeycomb ice cream and toffee sauce are out of this world. The chunky chips are very addictive, very tasty every time.Excellent customer service, the staff really go above and beyond to
We enjoyed a wonderful three course Christmas meal here. The food was brilliant and the service excellent. It made our Christmas. A big thank you to the chef and staff. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely come again!
Very good, quick service in a lovely pub. The best food I've had in a long time. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the ribs are the best I remember ever eating anywhere.
Absolutely delicious food and lovely atmosphere! Easy to veganise! The falafel and hummus was fantastic and the triple cooked chips were great. My friends had the Cajun burger and they loved it
Had an awesome roast here! Really good for the price as well, the brisket just fell apart and there was lots of it too, everything was cooked well and tasted great. The guys behind the bar had a great attitude, made me feel really welcome and I'm looking forward to going back again 👍👍
For a first experience at this restaurant, the Sunday roast was amazing! A different cut of beef from what I usually have but it was tender and tasty. The service was quick and friendly considering the gentleman was rushed off his feet.(I had arrived quite late in the day) If you’re looking for tast
Old style pub. With a lovely traditional pub feel to it. Has two floors, drinks are decent and if you like your ales come here.
One of the best roasts in Bristol 😋 Staff super friendly and helpful.
£2.90 ales and a very modern, clean environment. The food is pretty decent too, but I normally just pop in for a drink. It’s a great winter pub as it’s warm and cosy. Has an upstairs area too either seating and a bar which is my preferred place to sit. Staff always tend to be nice enough too, but so
This is a great pub, loved by many for obvious reasons; well priced, ok-ish beer, good food, looks quite classy. I'll be honest though, I don't like it. Not my vibe. Not good beer, a bit w*nky, not many vegan options. But honestly, it might be your thing. People seem to love it. The staff are friend
Amazing place! Has a quaint feeling to it without being quiet. Managers/chiefs extremely friendly. Food was great! It's not the cheapest place, but you certainly don't leave thinking that you've overpaid. They manage to make something as simple as seasoned wedges taste amazing! Will definitely revis
Amazing beef brisket roast meal. Beef was tender and soooo tasty. Lovely veg and huge portions. Fantastic and friendly service. Can't wait to go again.
Food here is incredible! Head chef has got some amazing Spanish style tapas on the menu! Board games are so fun and the friendly staff make this a perfect place to enjoy a beer.
