Amazing! We will definitely order from here again when visiting Bristol. The food was so tasty! I was also so impressed with the choice of vegan/vegetarian options on the menu which you canโt always get at most other restaurants. The prices were fair and the portions were just right. The woman delivery driver was lovely too. I would 100% recommend here!
We popped in to get takeout and the guy who took the order was so nice and friendly. Food is genuinely some of the best Iโve had in a long time. goat curry was like caramel, fall off the bone tastiness. Definitely will be our go to place to eat because everything was 5 star! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Had a fantastic jerk lamb dish with jerk chicken wings on the side. The wings are a very good size, not those stingy half a bite things you get in a pub. Everything tasted great and the staff were excellent.
Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant. The 2 for 1 cocktails are beautiful. (Definitely recommend the Pine Ginger Cocktail) The atmosphere has an element of Carribean nostalga with vibrant scenery and kind-spirited staff. Harriet (waitress) was so welcoming and accommodating to our dietary requirements, and the chef was just the kindest woman. As a Carribean vegan, The Vegan Ackee is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted in Bristol. Not overpowering and seasoned very well. Oh! and the Plantain was just amazing, nice and sweet.
My family ordered the Jerk Chicken ' Mac with dumplings & festivals; Ackee & Saltfish with rice, Coleslaw and steamed vegetables. Nothing but good reviews, if you are looking for proper ๐ฏ๐ฒ food in Bristol go here.
We had a lovely meal here. They were busy but made room for us without a fuss.
The food was very tasty, and not too spicy.
Had the goat curry and jerk chicken and plantains. Great rum too.
The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and the music was chilled and not too loud.

Popped in for an late lunch whilst going to get my hair cut. Great food, the staff makes you feel like part of the family, Great welcome and a good chat. Easy and laid back atmosphere. Lived in Bristol for years, and would strongly recommend the place.
Beautiful food, came from London and very pleased with the food and service. Aarron should be very proud of himself representing Jamaica very well with the flavoursome range of options available. Will be recommending this restaurant to anyone visiting Bristol!
Really tasty food. The curry goat was incredible, melt in your mouth. Delicious Jerk chicken too. Perfect level of spice. 2 for 1 cocktails went down well. The staff were super friendly and the owner made the effort to come and speak to each table. I will definitely come again. Great Jamaican food, I would thoroughly recommend.
We travelled to Bristol for some great Caribbean food and came across this place. Very great customer service made sure we were happy the entire time. The food is amazing and the drinks are well done. The rum cake is also delicious.Must try if you're in Bristol
Excuse the semi eaten plates, I couldn't not dig straight in! If your in Bristol and craving authentic Jamaican food then there isn't anywhere else to go but st Mary's! Piping hot and cooked to perfection, I'm a foodie and this is hands down the finest jerk chicken I've ever eaten! 10/10, the same goes for the cocktails and the friendly staff, great family feel, don't miss out people ๐โค๏ธ๐
