Fantastic cakes, coffee, and service. The owner/barista is always friendly, and bakes the sweets herself. They are welcoming regarding wifi/ laptop usage, which I've found to be rare in Clifton, so long as you respect that you should move along if you're done with your coffee and new customers need a seat (which I would do regardless, but they have polite signage). The cafe is very clean, bright, and a calming space. I'm a third wave coffee fan, and the coffee strikes a good balance that I can enjoy a cup as much as my husband who enjoys a bit darker roast. Cannot stress enough how fresh and phenomenal the cakes are. We are newly relocated to Bristol, and this is certainly my new neighborhood go-to. Shameless photos included of the ridiculous amount of cakes we've tried so far (gotta taste 'em all!), but as folks here testify, the strawberry bakewell is the superstar.

Love the cakes so much! All of them are homemade and we got a hard time to pick one! We eventually pick the coffee cake and chocolate one! Definitely sweet and spongy~ It is matching with the coffee so much as well ♪(´ε` )

Lovely little cafe in Clifton Village. We visited on a scorching day and cooled off with an iced coffee and some cake. Reasonably priced, friendly service and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Would recommend!

Lovely cafe where you can choose the beans from two coffee beans for americano and great flat white as well. The store only allowed one pair of customer each and had good covid measures with hand sanitisers as well. They had good variety of pastries and cherry bake well tart was great! It was lovely to see other coffee beans and reusable cups being sold as well. Would love to come back to try their main menu some day :) It will be great if the beans flavour profile to be advertised and potentially adding a filter coffee option for keen coffee drinkers but other than this it was good.

Genuinely lovely place, with excellent coffee and a gorgeous black labrador! Perfect for working as all tables have plugs and the light is good inside. My only problem with Twelve is that their opening times are really short - they always close at 2pm and aren't open Mondays or Tuesdays. I'd make it a regular spot if the opening times were longer! Otherwise a great spot.

Warm and cosy atmosphere with beautiful bakes especially the gluten free carrot cake and friendly staff can't wait to try more cakes on our next visit!

The food is very good but I'd recommend to sit upstairs because the kitchen is downstairs and it's very sticky and your clothes get quite oily smell afterwards. The food could be a bit slow during busy hours on the weekend but very good quality and reasonably priced. The cafe is not on the main popular street where everyone goes for brunch so you could easily missed this place.

Some architect earned their pay on this one! Two floors of tables and an outside eating area, cleverly crammed into a tiny space... plus easy & free WIFI and a Pistachio & Polenta cake to die for!

Best coffee shop in Clifton! They offer the most delicious coffee and cake selection. I am obsessed with the gluten-free carrot cake which is spectacular every-single-time. Honestly, it's the best I have ever had and return every weekend for my ritual slice and oat milk latte. They also have an assortment of other gluten-free options that are equally delicious such as the Bakewell tart, brownie, and occasionaly the apple spiced cake (another favorite of mine). The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and inviting inside with optional seating outside to enjoy when the sun is shining. My home away from home :)

Twelve is a really lovely cafe, we popped in the day before storm eunice hit and despite having issues with card payments because of the storm the night before the lady working really was so lovely and handled the stress of the situation really well; whilst being really warm and chatty too. The coffee was soooo nice and we enjoyed some great cakes too, my auntie and uncle who were visiting bristol for the first time were really happy and we stayed for ages. Also a very cute dog was relaxing there which is always a treat. Definitely will come here again and it's great knowing there's a lovely new cafe in Brizzle.

Had an iced mocha and iced caramel latte to takeaway here today and it was delicious! Usually cafes only serve standard iced coffees so I was pleasantly suprised to see a bigger selection of iced drinks as they're ideal for hot weather. They really go all the way making them too, no wonder they tasted so smooth! Highly recommend!

I'm a regular visitor to Twelve- fantastic coffee, breakfast and lunches, and wonderful cakes. I recommend the pistachio and courgette cake. Jen is great, and she works her socks off. She has a superb team, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Doggy friendly too. It does get busy, but that's testament to how good it is. There is a little terrace out the back as well.

Dog friendly, amazing coffee, brilliant service and the apricot and ginger flapjack was the best we have had. Always worth a visit when in Clifton.
