My brother hosted his 40th birthday party in the function room at The Dark Horse. Everyone had a great time. Good selection of beers, friendly and helpful staff members and all ran smoothly. Guests all had a fantastic night 👍👍👌

Stayed here for the night, the staff was very friendly and accepting when I messed up my accommodations. The bar downstairs is fairly cheap and a great time to hang out. Lots of board games to choose from and a good selection of draft beer. There is WiFi, but I was unable to connect to it and the only thing I would recommend for the room is a small fan or a box fan for the window, would come here again!

Have eaten a lot of roast dinners in Bristol but this is definitely one of the best. Big portions, lots of trimmings and really friendly staff. The pub itself has a great atmosphere and I can imagine it's really cosy with the big fireplace lit. Will definitely be returning!

I'd go as far as saying one of the best roasts in Bristol. Compliments to Fab the chef she did an amazing job, very accomodating for vegans too, definitely didn't feel like an after thought. Lucy, Daisy and Matt all incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Top boozer, would roast again.
