Miller & Carter

Recently went to Millers and Carters Cribbs Causeway for my birthday and had the worst experience ever so was gifted a gift card to spend so i decided to spend it at Millers and Carter’s City Centre.Our waitress Olivia was perfect she was honestly so kind, attentive and polite she made sure we felt comfortable and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything when i felt slightly ignored by other staff.So i just want to give a big thanks to her.You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t pretending. And she honestly made up for my first bad experience at the Cribbs Causeway branch.I would highly recommend Olivia if your thinking of visiting this branch.She made me and my friends experience positive even though we felt slightly out of place but i had just came in to spend my voucher before it was expired.

Beautiful restaurant, we didn't realise how big it was until we went to find the toilets! although it was big it didn't feel that way with lots of different areas for eating. Service was good, we were greeted by a lovely young man and taken to our table. Before we'd even ordered glasses of water were brought over...very nice touch. Our waiter was lovely too, very attentive and answered our questions. Our food was absolutely delicious, 3 perfectly cooked steaks and a vegetarian dish, which my husband really enjoyed. Will definitely be visiting again when we visit our son at uni.

I’m a huge fan of Miller & Carter & was excited to visit the Bristol restaurant whilst visiting the city for a show. My visit has set a very high bar for future visits to other restaurants because it was absolutely fantastic. The food & presentation was excellent. Highly recommend the passion fruit cooler mocktail. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, the decor is so classy but not pretentious & I really appreciate that the tables are never too close together. The highlight of my visit was the service from Lily. She was polite, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable of the menu. We overheard her dealing with some difficult guests at another table & she was professional & handled herself so well for a situation that wasn’t her fault at all. At the end of the meal as we were talking she told us it was her SECOND ever shift at Miller & Carter. Unbelievable, she is a STAR.

Cannot thank Izzy enough for how amazing she was, a truly lovely girl who made mine and my boyfriends anniversary the most special night! The food was perfection - my steak was one of the best i’ve had! Even got the cutest surprise that izzy brought over for our anniversary! Thank you to the chefs and especially izzy, you are amazing❤️

What a wonderful evening. The entrance is gorgeous and a lovely feel to the building. We were greeted with a smile and a taken to our table. Olivia our server was so attentive, bubbly and we had such a tasty meal. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the recommended wine went down VERY smoothly and the atmosphere itself was wonderful to be in. Will defiantly be returning
