Amazing food and such caring and friendly staff. The meals arrived quickly and the cocktails and milkshakes we ordered were perfectly presented! The head chef Anna was excellent at accommodating my dietary needs and was very friendly whilst discussing the matter. On top of this, the portions were generous and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Frankie and Bennies the service was phenomenal and I will be back very soon! 10/10

While the picture really doesn't do it justice, this BBQ Brisket Loaded Fries was absolutely incredible. So yummy! Fries were perfectly cooked - fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. The meat was fabulous and tasty. All in all the ratio of each ingredient was perfect! One of the best loaded fries combos I've had and would 100% get again. Highly recommend! Got this via Uber eats, delivery was pretty fast and food arrived hot :)

I've not been to a Frankie & Benny's for a long time.. Out was always a guarantee of bad service and food Times have changed - went to the Longwell Green restaurant after a movie and had a great time. The place has been refitted is bright modern and clean. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food was great without exception. A airfield shot put to the kids menu - which is actually fun and appealing.. Normally we let the kids order adult food as many places just offer nugget and beans. Kudos for a varied kids menu and different portion sizes.. And vegan options! Any negative points? A couple. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait.. But plenty of empty tables - I felt as if it was a ploy to get us into the bar to order extra drinks. It worked. The only other slightly negative point was the long wait between the starter (which came within minutes) and the main course which took about 40 minutes.
