Amazing food, great variety of dishes with a nordic theme, different to your usual cafe fare. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and took the time to talk us through the menu and make some recommendations. Good choice of drinks as well. Strongly recommended, can't wait till we are next in Bemmie to go back!

Love this place. Amazing bacon sandwich - probably the best I've had. Herring sharing plate is good too. Top notch coffee, service and nice environment. We'll be back for sure.

Came here with a group recently, we had the whole place, it was fantastic! Lovely space, delicious food, really accommodating and had some great vegan options.
Benjamin was very welcoming and was a great host throughout.

Benjamin was super friendly and accommodating for my friend's baby shower. The food was really tasty and fresh and the cakes were really delicious too. I'd 100% recommend the cafe for private parties and I'd love to come back for coffee and more soup soon! Thank you!

Really delicious and different menu with some hidden surprises. Today's special was a Finnish "savoury cake" - a huge slice of light, layered cake made with bread, eggs, dill, cream cheese and herring and topped with sliced cucumber, radish and spot of caviar. With a substantial salad on the side it was a great mix of flavours really good value.

One of the best cafes we have been to. I had the soup of the day and my partner had their special Nordic savoury cake + herrings and we both quite enjoyed our food. The savoury Nordic cake was the winner apparently as my partner has said several times today how awesome it was :-)

Everyone should discover the Sandwich Cake! Layers of bread, filling covered in cream cheese. We had egg and herring topped with smoked salmon, roe and cucumber. Delicious. Also has a great bowl of broccoli and Nordic blue cheese soup which was also great. Accompanied by coffee and a drink. Very reasonably priced, we’ll definitely be back!

A nice new addition to North St with friendly staff and delicious coffee.
The cakes looked amazing, however I couldn't have any because the didn't have a gluten free ones that day. They suggest following the Instagram to check if they have made any gluten free cakes, as they usually have them available.

This place is a refreshing change, food and coffee are excellent. The people who work there are really friendly and helpful and there's a really relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit, we'll definitely be going back.
