Exceptional service at this restaurant in Horsefair! Staff who clearly enjoy their job!
Definitely my favourite coffee shop,me and my mate Sam go there at least once a week.
Nice Starbucks in the middle of Bristol, staff were friendly and a good store overall. Had plenty of seats on ground floor as well and further seating on the second level. Lots of power points to charge your devices which makes it great to do some work from. Recommended

Great location as it’s right in the centre of a busy shopping street.
We really enjoyed our warm drink in their huge glass mugs, and their pastry (chocolate twist).
Would be nicer if tables were cleaned more frequently as when you enter the cafe the first thing you notice (while looking for a place to sit) is a few tables with mugs and plates from previous customers that had already left the premises.
Unfortunately they got my order wrong, but the guy was so apologetic I felt bad for pointing it out, mistakes happen we're all human. My cookies and cream frappachino was just amazing though.

I am mobility impaired and my wheelchair managed to get in and my carer got the coffee.
I could have got them myself but it was their turn to pay.

Starbucks Bristol had a great working environment where many business people worked remotely whilst having the hussle and bussle footfall. Located in the centre of the busy shopping street, you are greeted with excellent customer service and amazing coffee.
The coolest and sweetest girl at the Starbucks near Cabot Circus shopping centre made me drink for me today. Although it wasn’t on the menu she still found a way to make the drink I wanted and charge me correctly. She ended up having loads left over after making my drink so gave me two!!! I think the name tag she was wearing said ‘Simon’ or ‘Simone’, but she had dark hair and super cool eyebrows piercings. And she was really pretty! Honestly so lovely, she made my day!!! Also my drink tasted incredible, best I’ve ever had from Starbucks!!!
This Starbucks Shop is really good relaxed inside with a drive through for people on the go
Good cakes made my unusual drink request and dairy free alternatives available. The only small qualm is that they had so many pick up orders so it looks like no queue in store but waiting for drink for ages as they were making large orders for people to come and collect. Which is ok but perhaps should be some way to communicate this as you can visably see there will be such a looong wait..

A quiet rest stop when busy shopping, becomes all too much. Near to disabled parking bays, even better
Lovely staff the were really fantastic helpful. Also very fast service and quick had drink given to me quickly. Has plenty more seating upstairs. Very clean and customer service top notch. Customer toilets very clean. Would recommend this place if you want so quite to work or take a phone call. Staff were very helpful as there is code to get into toilets this good. Thanks all staffs help.
