I visited this store a second time (last time was a couple years ago) and I am impressed the store was completely clean and the young lady Cristina was really good. Cleaned hands etc prior to making the pizza and she cleaned after making the pizza!
I placed an order for 2 pizzas and a side, upon collection I was greeted by Marcos, who was kind enough to offer me an extra pizza which was an incorrect order of another customer, I was very grateful for the extra pizza especially my kids, who went back inside with me to say a special thank you. Top service and great pizzas, would definitely order from here again when in the area. I am sure all the staff are great here, for me, Marcos definitely is one of the best, personal thanks to him for making our experience amazing.
A big shout out the prathibha and the guy who delivered my pizza, amazing customer service. Thank you for helping me out and being so nice to me.

Pepperoni pizza was a bit on the saltier side, but other than that - great! But afterwards couldn't feel anything else than indigestion
I was actually at the Asian place next door, which I would recommend, nice food selection, tasted good and free tea and coffee while you wait which was a nice touch. Papa John's on the other hand, what's to say, only had it once and it was pretty good, fairly standard chain pizza. My mate comes to this one regularly though so clearly he likes it, overall I'll give it 4 starts because I come in here sometimes to stand and wait for my friend's pizza to cook and the staff seem friendly and it looks like a clean well kept establishment, pizza usually doesn't take too long either.
Staff member was an absolute star when I messed up my order. I ordered the wrong base (needed gluten free, got original) and he said he'll send another pizza out free of charge. Honestly made my day. Will always order from this store.
Ordered delivery, got BBQ chicken and the Greek pizza, very nice and fast delivery. Nice to see it back open :)
Pretty good, good service nice enough pizza and quick too just a shame they can't deliver to the stoke bishop area as it's so close like 6mins away it's annoying as being lactose intolerant papa John's is my only real choice

Food offer £9.99 for large pizza love the special garlic. The six cheese garlic pizza sticks are also very good and the choco chip cookies are also very nice and altogether I spent 20£. Defintly a bargin.
Bank holiday Monday 29th May ordered felstead road- would recommend papa John's we used to have Domino's the price was way too much so we thought we would try Papa's for the first time very pleased great value 👌 very tasty so will be using Papa's in future 👍
