INCREDIBLE! This place is fantastic! We were in town for a day and a half and ate here twice! We were greeted quickly and kindly and shown to a table right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My partner and I could not get over how delicious the food was and we ordered a lot of dishes!

The fried chicken was the best I’ve ever had! And fabulous eggs on the Eggs Royale. Amazing food, lovely coffee, and great atmosphere. Our waiter Connor made the meal even better- charming chap, great at his job, and lovely to talk to. Thanks to Connor and all at the Metropolitan for a fab brunch.

SO impressed by this place! A group of three of us tried pretty much everything on the small plates menu and every dish was so beautifully presented and delicious. The waiter was really attentive and friendly and had good knowledge of the menu. We'll definitely be back for brunch!

Enjoyed our visit, didn’t enjoy my food as much as I’d hoped to but I think that was personal preference rather than there being anything wrong with it as such. My husband really enjoyed his.
