Review Mcdonald's - Briton Ferry

It's a fast food joint. What more can I say? Someone decided my mayonnaise needed relocation to the outside of my box, with a great big fingerprint in the centre. Customers were very vocal, but it was a Saturday night. It was the end of the night, and staff were tired.

Lovely staff. Very small restaurant and car park but ample parking. Drive through. Good stop off for a quick meal and drink.

As McDonald's go, this is my preferred branch. Purely for the fact they always have Milk Shakes on, whereas so many other branches don't always have them available, due to issues with there machines. I find the food is always hot and the chips always seem nice and crispy, instead of luke warm and limp from sitting around for awhile. There will always be an area for improvement with McDonald's but for the price you pay, I suppose we shouldn't complain really ...

Always a clean and friendly McDonald's with quick service and decent range of food and drink available. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The only downside to this mcdonalds is sometimes the parking is a nightmare for spaces and the drive thru can at times, take ages.

First McDonalds wich have salt frice, very good staff and quick time waiting for food

Booked take away through app. Super easy. Went in drive through to collect it after confirming arrival in app. Food was not ready, so had to park in,till they finish the prep and bought it to the car. Ordered through app to save time, but didn't matter much as had to wait the same amount of time. Order was only for 2 burgers. Good thing is that they have vegan options now.

Good service, got my meal fast and had no problems.

Flipping amazing place. Flipping loved my burger. My fries were a bit Flipping hot but Flipping tasty. The ketchup dispenser was fully Flipping loaded and made dispensing the ketchup Flipping easy. If I could give this place 10 stars I'd do it in a flipping heart beat.

So happy I spotted this on my way home from a day out at aberavon beach, great food as all other McDonald's restaurants, quick and easy touch screen ordering and quick service, hardly any waiting time, brilliant

Great customer service while using the drive-through

When EVERYWHERE else is shut, this McDonald's is happy to serve you. Fresher food out of normal hours as cooked to order, not sitting in a draw for ages. Takes a little longer but tastes so much better for it.
