Great place to check out while wandering around Westwood Cross
Ate in this establishment after visiting Westwood cross, had a lovely time and staff were kind and attentive. Would def visit again!
Let's face it, it's a shopping centre coffee shop. That said, the staff are friendly, the coffee tastes good, the cakes are sweet. What more can you expect. Good for a coffee and snack when shopping.
Always liked Costa, coffee is great, foods good but limited, and staff always come across as friendly, efficient and helpful.
Probably the best coffee and latte.
Always end up going back there.
I enjoy having a cuppa ag this Costa. Its located inside Westwood Cross retail park and always has a chair or 2 available. Their are options to sit outside also on good weather days. Staff are always friendly and polite
Nice coffee same as all Costa. Food good to.
Handily placed within Westwood Cross shopping centre. Free parking. Inside and outside seating. Not a vast selection to eat. Normal Costa fare. Can get very busy.
Very busy when we visited, but to be fair the queue didn't really take long.
Costs for a cuppa quite near the cost of a pint! That said it's always nice to pop in when it's cold.
Generally seating was available, but they do have outside seating too.
Only issue is that tables weren't cleaned as quick

Normal costa just like the rest but no regulars other than passing trade . Some outside seating .
This is a quite a nice Costa. Clean, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Helps that the clientele is biased towards retired folk!
Great place, nice food & drinks. Right in the middle of westcross centre. Can eat out or in, many different drinks hot or cold. Savoury or cakes. Always go here while shopping.
I can't remember the ladies name but she was South African. She had amazing customer service, so friendly and happy. We will definitely return if she is on shift, her up selling skills were brilliant she managed to sell a drink to my partner that he didn't even want but ended up loving it! She made
Great service, bit slow but very busy Costa. Was lovely and clean, well looked after and the staff are friendly, all menu items where available at time of visit. Plenty of tables also with outdoor seating.
