Review Pizza Hut - Bromley Cross

Just ordered a pizza and by mistake I ordered the wrong one! The guy that worked there, was so kind and made sure I walked out with what I actually wanted. You don’t get service like this anymore. He was very polite and patient will. I tried to explain that I made an error.

Great, loaded pizzas (obvs depends on your own choices!) Easy to use app to create order. Food much hotter if you collect yourself. Made on time and accurately.

Ordered for collection. Pizza was ready when I arrived and piping hot. Staff (Anwar) was very friendly and added free dips. Thanks.

Ordered from £5 menu on line, and phoned through immediately for a change of topping (no cheese and a gf base) due to dietary requirements, however due to a shortage of GF bases they couldn’t complete the order, unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund, but the store did agree to change the order which they had already started to another topping, which my son who had just arrived home would eat… still disappointed I couldn’t get my pizza or a refund, but at least the pizza won’t go to waste and they were most apologetic on the phone…. Update, just had the delivery and they have kindly included the additional pizza for free!!! Good work guys 😊

I ordered online and I forgot to add extras so when I rang up the gentleman who I spoke to didn’t charge us extra and the food arrived on time piping hot and delicious. Will order again 10/10

Excellent service last night, as always. I ordered food for collection and it was ready and waiting, piping hot straight from the oven and ready to takeaway. Staff are always efficient, friendly and professional, clearly take a pride in their work. This remains my go-to Hut, well done crew 👍

Best Pizza around....loads if toppings and cheese...well worth a visit

Small space and not wear comfortable to sit down when you wait, but they are nice and fast as well as delicious so cannot complain
