Lovely staff, great atmosphere and of course the perfect location, directly opposite Bromley South station. I used to live above a Caffè Nero and have always loved their coffee, food and cakes and the staff always seem to be friendly and helpful. This branch is no exception; the coffee was delicious

Decent coffee shop, open earlyish. Bacon sandwiches are quite tasty. Hot drinks and snacks are also nice but typically pricey for this type of high street coffee shop. Staff are quite cheery, even early in the morning.
lady working 15/06 in the afternoon (red hair) was a delight!! So friendly and polite. Will definitely be coming back!
Visiting this Nero coffee shop every weekend with my son. I usually have double espresso, and I think espresso at Nero is better than other coffee shop chains. We also buy the ground coffee packs from them for home Bialetti coffee maker and never disappointed.

I often pop into here on the way to London and to catch up on emails on the way back. As Neros go, it is clean and comfortable with plenty of power sockets. The staff are great. Minimum wait, friendly and polite. Worth a visit.
