First time here. Great, convenient location. Lovely find! Great atmosphere and menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the full English and pancakes with salmon and eggs. We were not disappointed, food was well prepared and tasted so good. More boutique cafe, rather than greasy spoon. Would highly recommend and will definitely come in more often. Great for families, couples, or even if you just want a moment to yourself.

A perfect place to chill! I've been going to this place for ages. I LOVE the ambience, the food and the customer service. The eggs Verde and the coffees are my go to things to have there. The cakes taste amazing too. It's the perfect place to eat after shopping in Glades.

Nice atmosphere,christmas decorations,friendly staff. The coffee grinder was too noisy and was left for long even couldn't hear my friends.
Coffee with alcohol was delicious. Food burger with chicken tasteless and dry.The burger recipe needs to be improved

Very nice coffee shop, nice and relaxed feel. The coffee bean they use is rich, smooth and leaves a long lasting taste that outlasts most on the market. The cake selection is all home baked, and all the food is fresh as you can get. The service is superb, swift but not rushed. all the staff are friendly and polite. highly recommended
Had a lovely lunch here. Nice staff and tasty wraps. A garden out the back. £30 for 2 people for wraps and a soft drink. A bit more than we would usually spend but was worth it :)

This is a place worth visiting as it has a great infrastructure for coffee making that you can see in action. It’s a beautiful place with different spaces. They roast and grind their own coffee, which you can see right away when you enter.
While this specific area of Bromley is saturated with coffee shops, I choose to go to this location every day. Despite how early I go in, the employees are always high energy and cheerful. They greet everyone who comes in and work really well with one another. Whether the place is packed or slow, the employees are always professional and efficient. They also play great music! So while there are other locations that are equally as close to my office, I will always go out of my way to stop by Cafe 1917. Love the energy!
My favourite breakfast is the Eggs Benedict, it is perfectly fine for a morning breakfast with a big coffee.
Visited a friend of mine in Bromley, he invited me for brunch in 1917 cafe. I didn’t just liked it, I loved it. Wide range of healthy food, brilliant costumer services, and more importantly (at least for me) good coffee :)
If I was living in Bromley or nearby, I would’ve made 1917 Cafe, my regular lunch place 😊
Although quite a tight fit it's an incredible cafe,
I was here recently and ordered a cheese burger without salad but got a burger in a bun with some sauce (no cheese on a cheese burger?) Which could be down to my lisp they may have thought I said no cheese. But overall it was delicious and the fries were very very nice

I went today together with my husband to get a coffee and it was the best I had in a very long time after trying a lot of coffee shops! I had a coconut sponge as well which was really good! Service is great, we felt really welcomed. We will definitely come back!

Food is delicious, cakes are delicious, coffee is delicious, but what really will have you coming back is the service. The owner, Daniel, will always check on you, welcome you, make sure you're ok. And every member of staff is professional, smiley and cheerful, never seen a place where everyone was so attentive and nice! If you haven't been here yet please treat yourself and go, I recommend the salmon salad and carrot cake as dessert, unless they have creme brulee that day if so go for it 🤤
