Lovely food, I would recommend the egg and mushroom bagel, fried egg was perfection 🙂. Great service, friendly staff. Lovely coffee. Hot chocolate divine, much better than Costa says my dining companion!

Usually when I get chance I get a coffee and bottles of water always forget to ask what kind of coffee beans origin as the coffee is extra delicious! Friendly speedy great service

Been to a few coffee shops in bromsgrove. But this one is with the real time. It’s modern, clean and it feels very community. Jason and the team are so friendly and welcoming. The cafe opens its doors to all customers and caters for all different needs and requirements.

Was in Bromsgrove and wanted a bite to eat but didn't fancy any of the pubs. Found this little place and was very impressed, had a sandwich (very well filled) and tea. Enjoyed very much, especially the loose earl grey tea. Would recommend.

I came across the Retreat accidentally and can say hand on heart that this is the best coffee shop in Bromsgrove. Their choice of breakfasts include GF, V & VE so suits everyone and everything is freshly made to order, sandwiches included. Their coffee is nice and strong too & I am fussy when it comes to this! Cronuts are something else!!! They have to be tried to be believed! The staff...well, they don't just serve you and carry on, they interact with you, quick chat here and there & you can see that they value your custom. They know how you like your tea served, or which customer likes an egg 'flipped' on their breakfast... they are community driven and it shows. Over time, I've probably had breakfast at most local places, whether with family or friends and hands down, the Retreat is #1. You won't be disappointed :)
