From California and Texas. Beef Ribs are my usual diet. Only Beef Ribs place close to Fort Collins. Heard from manager soon to open a restaurant in 3 months in Fort Collins. Opening day I am there!

My husband and I have been here twice now, and it was amazing both times! The Bro Cups are so good and you can't go wrong with any of the meat choices. They also have super friendly workers, that are very helpful and quick. I got a free meal with purchase of another for my birthday week 😀. All around a great BBQ from place, and I'm from Memphis, I would know ;).

Y’all!!! This place has VEGAN barbecue! So yes, they have meat here, but the barbecue tofu is so so delicious! The tofu is cooked to perfection and the barbecue sauce on it is so so good. I know you haters out there are like YUCK, but have you ever tried really good tofu. It takes on the flavor of whatever you put on it and doesn’t dry out like chicken. We ordered the “Meat Pack”. Tofu, fries and 4 buns. It says is feeds 2-3 people but we got 3 meals out of it! Way to go Brothers BBQ!!

I grew up eating BBQ fairly regularly (with relatives from/in TX) and I really enjoy this place. The burnt ends are mouth-watering. The other meats, sides and sauces are good from what I've tried. We ordered catering from here about a year ago and that went excellently, our guests seemed to really enjoy it.

Brisket was extremely fatty, maybe a quarter of my 1/2 lb was made up of chunks of pure white fat. This resulted in a very goopy and unappetizing brisket. I don't know if I got the last pieces from a serving container or what, but something wasn't right. Partners pork, potato salad, and mac were all fine.

Brothers BBQ is my neighborhood fix for good barbecue. Whether your a fan of pork, beef, or chicken you’ll be pleasantly satisfied. They have a wide selection of house barbecue sauces that will meet the niche of any bbq region. My favorite of Brothers BBQ is actually a side-dish- their beans are amazing!

Ribs were very dry. The ends on the pork ribs full rack were not edible. Hard and dry. We ordered 2 beef ribs. Big bone and what little meat was on them was dried up. Worse than jerky.
We have eaten here before and food was great! Now we are very leery to go back. If we do go back we will open the bag and check everything before leaving.
