Drinks were good and done in great time. As an employee at another Starbucks I was frustrated with the partner on register, she did not know the system and was openly aggressive when she did not understand how to reload my card. When I tried to walk her through it she turned away and asked someone else for help.

Was here a few weekends ago on a trip to the mall with my kids for some early Christmas shopping. Service was slow and the older lady making the drinks kept yelling at one of the other employees making drinks with her. Drinks weren't great and older lady snapped at us when giving us our hot chocolates. Probably won't return to this location.

This was your average everyday Starbucks. I got some cold brew coffee and a sandwich. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We didn't spend much time here but it seemed fairly clean. I would recommend coming here for a quick pick-me-up.

Always good servers at this Starbucks always. They even are willing to deliver to people working in the mall. To set up delivery you must set up the Starbucks app and put the name of your store in with your name. Then they will bring you your drink or food right to you at work. Staff is very friendly and even call me by name when I come in to the store. I always get a amazing coffee .

Worst one in a town. We ordered our coffees and ask for water cup. There was no lid stock outside. There was only one worker working at that moment and she was helping another customer. So, we just grab it from counter. Then, she got mad cause we didn't ask for it. It there was lid stocks out we didn't have to ask for it. I was talking in different language with my friend. I felt like that why she was being disrespectful. We all know the history behind Starbucks and racism. You'll better get your customer service straight.

Worst service ever. Usually they are so fast but today there was a line and no one at the register to take the orders. My drink took over 10 minutes to make because there was only one barista. I'm not happy with this location today.

I will never go here again. I work in the mall and frequent this location but my last two visits have been absolutely dreadful. Yesterday I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Cascara Cold Foam. I did not get the cream in my drink at all but I decided it wasn't that big of a deal. Until I got back to my workplace and took a drink. The Cold Brew was definitely steeped for FAR too long. That or they just iced some black coffee and put an espresso shot in it. Either way it was undrinkable. I tried adding sugar and milk from the Nordstrom Cafe but nothing could over power the sheer bitterness of the drink. Today I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk Late on the app. I went into the store to get my drink and only my yogurt was at the pickup station so I waited. I noticed that the line of customers that was there when I first came in had already gotten their drinks and left so I told a Barista I was waiting on the drink for my mobile order. She just said "okay" and walked away. Then after a few more mins of waiting another Barista called my name and began to berate me because I never communicated what I wanted. I asked what they meant and he told me they were out of Coconutmilk and that I never told them what I wanted instead. I argued and said I had no idea but told him I wanted almond milk instead. To which he replied "yeah, sorry, but we would have had it done much sooner if you just told us when you were supposed to" and went to make my drink. At this point I was already 5 mins over my 15 min break, all spent standing around waiting for a drink order I placed almost 25 mins earlier and because of this I would rather spend my money at the Kataluma Chai around the corner, or the Nordstrom Cafe downstairs.

I worked here in 2015 and early 2016 and really remember how exhausting it was. Business was non-stop, and there was no "peak period" that was the norm at other Starbucks Stores. It could be just as busy at 8pm as it was at 8am. Holidays were atrocious and our fridges were not large enough to hold enough milk to get through the entire day. Often times we went though all the milk we had on hand and could only offer soy and coconut milk while a barista went across the street to Walmart and bought 20 more gallons of milk - just to make it to close. Needless to say our other products disappeared like our milk did. I believe our sister-stores across the street were always prepared for a call from "The Mall" for cups, straws, bases, etc. I remember closing the doors on lines of people at closing time, and needing a barista to man the door to let people out and not in, so we would be able to get out on time. We would sweep and mop around people's feet . Also, I remember people banging on the doors after close, complaining that their kids were hungry. Also from what I remember, management at the district level was horrendous. This location is open for fewer hours than a normal Starbucks, and thus does less business. Because of that, it and its unique needs were downright ignored. I think that this was one of the main reasons our manager quit mid-holidays. Our district manager would come in to "help" as well, but was so out of touch with the business that we all groaned when she came around. However, I did learn how to be a good barista here. I learned to make drinks quickly, I learned how to deploy the floor efficiently (aces in their places), I learned how to order for the constant flux of business, and I learned how to handle EXTREMELY rude customers. All while making less than minimum wage (checks were garnished for "fringe" benefits). Buuut none of that really matters now that I work in IT XD. I do look back on that time and smile though. I loved my team. I loved our regular customers. And overall, I really loved working for the company.
