Lunch on Tuesday with friends - pre booked as noted it gets busy and it was. Pizza really tasty and thin crust / no burnt bits! Friend had trout small plate which whilst small was also delicious. They went out of their way to get the recipe for us for the sauce and printed out for us. Good atmospher
Excellent fresh pizza dough! I’ve recently moved to the area and had tried some of the Chapel’s pizza, so I inquired about fresh dough. I was hosting some friends and wanted a pain free option for meat-eaters and veggies! The dough was excellent and went down very well with everyone, so much so that
I visited the restaurant during a recent visit from Yorkshire to catch up with a friend who lives locally. We only had a pizza and beer, the pizza was outstanding, I asked for a firm base and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. The décor is wonderful, high ceilings with perfect lighting; the serv
A fantastic place to stop for a meal. Simple, unpretentious food cooked to an exceptional quality with a real focus on how to incorporate local produce. Service was impeccable and manager Marcos made our anniversary extra special. I went back the next day for a coffee and Marcos welcomed me back in
The Chapel atmosphere feels like a contemporary galaxy, brimming with comfort. On this sunny day, the view through its window is sheer artistry. Additionally, highly recommend the local bread which is filled with the fresh aroma of wheat, unmatched by any bread in the city.
Sunday lunch superb, food, service and atmosphere excellent. Lovely bakery too. Well worth a visit..
Wonderful lunch here The staff observed that it was our daughters birthday and kindly made a suprise treat without us asking. Not only did they give us a surprise, the food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. 10/10 and would definitely come again
We spent a lovely night there as the first night of our 5th anniversary weekend. The room was great and we were lucky enough to stay in the room with the stained glass window.
Excellent pizza in particular in a lovely setting. Lots of natural light. Nice bakery as well. Feels like chipping Norton in Somerset. You can decide whether that is a good thing or not?!
Beautiful food in an amazing setting. The staff were very nice and attentive too.
Great Father's Day venue. Wonderful service. Nothing g too much trouble and food beautifully presented and quality great. Thoroughly enjoyed this special day and will be back again soon.
Visiting Bruton for a Sunday lunch you cannot go wrong with a visit to the At the Chapel restaurant and shop which has friendly and helpful staff, and facilities. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
We really enjoyed our dinner here. The space is beautiful which is a huge part of the appeal. The food was also delicious, we really enjoyed it and service was attentive. I found it a bit expensive for what it was but it was definitely enjoyed.
