Unfortunately I didn't use the cafe part so I can't comment on that. I only used the toilet facility and will warn that you do need to pay 20p to go through a turnstile. It helps with the upkeep, which is well needed in such remote spots
We ordered coffee, tea and some sweets. It was all very nice and the staff was superb, very nice and friendly.
The toilet is 20p but it’s clean so that’s more than okay.
Enjoyed the rolls and the tea, service was friendly nice stop when the sun is out however on the day we stopped it would have been more enjoyable had the grass been cut. Won't stop me going back.
Place now looking unkempt and uncared for. Owners needs to take care of outside area.

Cheese burgers are lovely and the home made steak and gravy pies are food of the gods, u can even buy a tub of steak gravy, superb
Can recommend the rolls with square sausage. The sausage was piping hot and a good cup of coffee to wash it down. Good value for money. Would stop again if hunger strikes while in the area! Small children's play area beside a few picnic tables. There are also public toilets available, 20p to use.
