A group of us were here a fortnight ago for my grannies 85th birthday. We had high tea and the staff were very accomodating. We worried how it would be with 4 young kids but the staff were more than happy for them to be there and even cut up a few fancy cakes especially for them so they could join in too. Cannot fault the portion sizes at all! Even the kids portions were plentiful! The meal was lovely, the cakes were lovely. Thank you to you all for staying past what is normally your closing time just to ensure we weren't rushed out so we could relax and enjoy our meal. Cannot recommend enough! we even got to take the cakes home! Thank you to you all again! P.S sorry it has taken so long to review. xx

By far the coolest place around and the foods been amazing recently! My place of choice to eat every time. Some live music and good beers is what we need next.

Was in for dinner on Saturday night with 7 teenagers who all have very different tastes but everyone of them found something they liked of the menu,a challenge in itself! The food was delicious as were the drinks, service was fab and after dinner we were allowed to sit and chill no pressure to leave. Will certainly return. Thanks again

Always great food and service when we go. Their gluten free options are great and the chef even went out of his way to make me a burger from scratch since the burgers all have breadcrumbs in them. Can't fault them

Love Bijou by the Sea. Its a bright and airy restaurant, great for coffee and cake or lunch with family. On this occasion my husband enjoyed the sliders and I had a lovely fresh salad. The staff are great and we always enjoy the food and the view of the sea. The covid regulations are well adhered to, making this a safe option for dining out.
Lovely place to stop for hot chocolates and cake. The view is amazing and friendly service. The food menu looked very good too, perhaps another time. The cakes were well baked lots of flavour and moist. We came back another time, in fact twice we had a lovely lunch and then had a great cooked breakfast the next day.
A location that is hard to beat. The view is spectacular. The food is all homemade and very tasty and the prices are reasonable for such a great place.

Could not recommend more highly! The staff go out of their way to provide excellent service, friendly atmosphere and the food is amazing. We had the Canadian pancake breakfast and they were the best pancakes we've ever had! So good we visited twice in two days. Lovely gift shop, cracking views, couldn't ask for anything more. Lovely clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing venue. Attentive staff and well above average food. There really isn't anything to fault here. Its a hands down winner in my opinion and I love taking visitors and friends there if they haven't already been. The location and views from the dining table make this place really special and they have a lovely assortment of artisan gifts which caters well for holidaymakers and visitors to the area. I recently went when my dietary needs had changed and the staff and chef were happy to help cater for me where they could. Nice selection of food to cater for most tastes on the general menu with daily specials too. Give it a try, you are very unlikely to be disappointed.
Very nice menu, if a little pricey. Food was excellent and the venue is bright and has great views of the sea.
