We had a tipsy tea party for my daughters 24th Birthday. There was plenty to eat and the food was excellant. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was really great value for money. Cocktails were of a very high standard. Will definately be back x

Nice enough, limited small menu. Was expecting a little .ore seafood variety. Fish and chips was good, sides simple and fresh.

If you come to this area, a visit to Admiral is practically a must. An absolutely typical Scottish pub with a correspondingly good menu and beer selection. The natural friendliness and warmth of the Scottish people can still be experienced here very closely. It was a great pleasure to be able to drink my beer here in the evening and to be involved in nice conversations. I will definitely be a guest here again.

After being turned down for a tent pitch around the corner we went into the pub for an early tea as we'd skipped lunch. Dinner was starting at 5 and we arrived at 4 but the staff kindly said the kitchen would start cooking for us at 4:30. The food was glorious, we both had the Cullen Skink, the first time I'd ever had it....amazing, you must try it, I'd happily live off it! Mains were great too, and with a sea view what more could you ask for? Use this restaurant/ pub, don't lose it as it's a gem! Lots of outside parking which is free, at the harbour. Can't wait to return

I feel bad about the 3 star ratings. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's just that service was quite slow. The atmosphere may have been excellent in the actual restaurant, but because we had a dog, (which was immediately given a bowl of water), we were seated in the 'lounge' which had no atmosphere at all but it did have people coming in and out constantly and a tear in the seat next to me. Having said that..the food was excellent and very reasonably priced..surprisingly so. We had garlic and chilli prawns, seafood linguine, steak and Guinness pie, strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake and 4 drinks all for under £70.

The friendly chatter of the local patrons , and an impromptu karaoke made this weekend getaway to a small town quite exciting. Service was excellent, bar maid has a good sense of humour and attentive.

Very pleasant, unpretentious establishment, situated next to Findochty's pretty harbour. Good menu, offering well presented food by very efficient but welcoming staff. Pristine toilets. Shall definitely return.
