Very busy evening, excellent service and the food was perfect. I would recommend The Cheng Du for a couple or family be it a special occasion or just an enjoyable night out.

I've never dined in and I don't think they do any more, so can't comment on atmosphere. But the food is great. Not the cheapest Chinese takeaway in the area but that's reflected in the quality - it's good. I like the lettuce wrap particularly. The staff seem almost scarily efficient and never got a wrong order or anything like that.

The food was to die for!! Absolutely amazing! We ordered for 8 of us, so quite a lot of food, we arrived and our food was already ready to go, and still warm too! Would definitely recommend!
Have used them since moving to Buckingham two years ago. Have tried many Chinese options around but these are by far the best in my opinion. Excellent vegetarian options even have their own homemade Seitan veg "duck" which everyone should try even if you're not veggie or vegan.

Best Chinese Food I've ever had!
I had a special fish dish which was recommended to me by a waitress. Even though I didn't think I was hungry enough to finish the whole main course I did not leave a crumb on my plate!
My partner had a sweet and sour chicken dish and it was also very good!
I highly recommend it!

Great food at a decent price and kind staff.
My family and I go there often. My work takes me all around the globe and I have never had a better chineese meal. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and cater to all needs. The atmosphere in the resteraunt is great and peaceful.
